I liked the hotel location, parking, green areas, room service, and notes inside the room like cleaning messages with housekeeping signatures and instructions to save the environment by reusing towels. Everything was provided with enough quantity like tissues, water, and Toilet stuff.

Accommodated us on a busy weekend and made sure we were comfortable, as we shifted from a terrible hotel. Receptionists were superb. Housekeeping impeccable. We needed a twin bedroom and they made sure it was provided, that weekend was a busy weekend as one can imagine. We came in with allergies and they were concern enough to send some lemon for our tea. They also provided us with information regarding places to see and resto with good food when we asked. From the time we checked in until we checked out it was a pleasant stay. Front desk staffs Fadah and Majd super Walter, you guys rock! Thank you for your service.

The hotel is very clean and the beds are very comfortable, which made for a very relaxing sleep. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and always willing to help. Two Ladies who truly went out of their way to assist me, were Mrs. Lamia and Mrs. Khawlah. I would like to thank them again for having been so helpful and, I must say, funny as well. It is truly refreshing in these hectic days!! A job well done!!

The buffet offered for both breakfast and dinner was out of this world. It offered opportunity to choose what I wanted to eat. The cleaning staff were always on par, refreshing the room every day. Barber services, gym facilities and swimming pool though I didn't use it were an attraction
